We have to talk to each other to get to know each other, and it’s our human side that takes over! This creates a warm atmosphere, where people greet each other when they meet, and where friendships are forged more easily than in textile places.

Nudity also allows you to accept yourself better and make peace with your own body. No more complexes! Nobody’s perfect. To become a naturist, you have to be ready. Naturists won’t look at you, but that doesn’t mean our complexes about other people’s gaze stop. You’ve got to get over this complex, and go to the lake to enjoy our naturist creeks. Getting naked in front of others for the first time is difficult, but it’s like having a Band-Aid! You pull it off at once, and then you feel better. It’s the same with nudity: once you’re naked, you realize that you were afraid for nothing, because there are no stares in naturism.
